Our rooms are separated from
the main residence, with
their own private entry.
They have an en-suite (shower, toilet and vanity), a small office section & a basic food and drinks corner (no dinner table).
The patios are furnished & have
a shaded area, but are not
protected against the rain.

Arrival: check-in from 2pm.
Departure: check-out by 10am.
No Pets & No Smoking
(smoking permitted on patios).
We are located in a very quiet residential beach area so please do not book if you are looking for a place to party.
Cancellation Policy
Short bookings (less than 14 days): full refund if cancelled 7 days before check-in (2pm on arrival date). 50% refund if cancelled < than 7 days and > than 24 hrs before check-in. No refunds for cancellations < than 24 hrs before check-in.
Long bookings (14 days or more): full refund if cancelled 14 days before check-in (2pm on arrival date). 50% refund if cancelled < than 14 days and > than 7 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations < than 7 days before check-in
Bank transaction fees, incurred when booking, are non-refundable.
